Before the Course
  • Establish communication through messaging apps for inquiries and essential reminders.

  • Consultation on ski equipment and clothing preparation

  • Pre-course reminders: Weather, on-site conditions, meeting time & location, transportation, and other instructions

On the Course Day
  • Accompany equipment rental for beginners and provide proper gear-wearing instructions

  • Conduct ski course (instruction time starts upon reaching the designated teaching location)

  • Provide skiing analysis at the end of the course for future improvement

*For other ski resorts or overnight stays due to distance, pricing will be provided based on current needs.

Course Booking
  • Confirmation of course reservation is prioritized upon completing a 50% deposit payment. The remaining balance is due before/on the course day. If there are individuals who request to join a course. The request will be coordinated based on mutual consent, without forceful grouping.

Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is due to coach availability, closure of the teaching venue/ski resort, or adverse weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled or relocated, a 100% refund of the teaching fee will be provided.

Other Considerations
  • The quoted price is for teaching fees and DOES NOT include transportation, equipment rental, ski passes, insurance, meals…etc. Additional teaching expenses incurred due to overtime (e.g., timed cable car tickets) are the student's responsibility.
